  This hotel was decently priced, close to a lot of the downtown attractions, and had a friendly staff. That being said, my major complaint is that they double-charged me and have not resolved the situation.
  
  I had initially prepaid for my two-night stay because it was a cheaper to do so. While there, I had double-checked with the front desk that my payment was taken care of and that I wouldn't be charged again. They assured me that I was fine since I had prepaid. A couple days after leaving the hotel, I discovered they charged me again for my stay even though I had prepaid and they assured me that I was fine. Although I was annoyed, I kept my cool and called them to get this resolved. The first call, they put me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me that a manager was looking into and would call me back. I never got a call back. So I called again a day later, and the manager said the person who handles these types of accounts wasn't in, so he would check with that person and get back to me the following day. I didn't get a call back. The following day, I called AGAIN, and was told the manager was not available and they would return my call soon. It's now been a week and I still have not heard from any manager nor has this been resolved.

  We were in town 3 nights for a volleyball tournament. This is where our club got a block. The hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly. We had 2 adults and 2 children in the room. The room is not functional. When you open the door to the room you have a direct line of sight into the bathroom and shower. There was no "do not disturb" sign in our room therefore housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times the first morning trying to clean our room after I had told them to come back after lunch. We finally got a sign the evening before checking out. The morning of check out which is at noon, I was feeling under the weather with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I was awakened to a beat on the door at 10:00am from housekeeping. I understand it was the day were were checking out and if it was after checkout time yes that would be appropriate. Room was dark and drabby. no drawers in the room. No mirror other than in the bathroom area. I would never stay here again.
