The atmosphere is trying to be a fancy French bakery, which I can admire, but it does not turn out that way. The staff are very unprofessional. They have "hosts" that stand at the dessert cases that are supposed to take you on a "tour" of the cases. The "host" at the first case had their whole body leaning on the case, looked very bored, and were little help when we asked about the dessert selection. The second host was much better, still no tour.
When we got back to our table our waitress grabbed our ticket, then came back with our dessert plate and tossed it on the table almost causing it to fall down.
The physical space is WAY to overcrowded. I would not recommend. You'll have a much better experience at Waffle House.August 10, 2016
