  I really didn't want to review this location but in hopes that management would read this is my goal. I work in the area so I've been going to this location for over 3 years about 3 to 4 day a week sometimes twice in a day. I can admit the manager is a hustler and I can see that she try very hard to offer the best customer service but it doesn't excuse the fact that the donuts need to checked for freshness. I ordered a box of donuts from my coworkers and they all were old. The hiring turnover is huge which leads to confusion and customer complaints. The employees have no sense of time, untrained and rude at times. Being able to critically think and multitask are major skills when working the front counter and they lack both. My coworkers all refuse to even patronize them because they have all experienced slow service. Just recently I've suffered from two cases of food poisoning on two separate Fridays in one month after eating there. I'm 100 percent sure it was what I ate from there because both times I ate breakfast sandwich and coffee and within a hour I was sick and had to go home early. They wear gloves but the need to change them regularly when touching different types of foods. They need more manageable people. I'm home in the bed right now on a Friday because of them. Sorry to say but I can't and will not continue to go there. I plan on making coffee at work from now on. Please, get it together.

  Friendly staff and great donuts & coffee. This location is also a good place to chill & plug into the free wi-fi. My favorite spot on this side of town.

  Great bunch of people work here, anyone can sell coffee and a donut but service makes the difference.
