  I have always receive great customer service from the bakery but there is a different crew there now. I went in to order a wedding cake on Sept 19 and the very nice polite gentleman suggested for me to come back before 2pm the next day September 20 and I did. The staff was rude and exhibit rotten customer service. They didn't value me as a customer, I spoke with the manager like I was instructed by two employees and was pass on to an employee that didn't have time to assist me with the questions I had in picking out a cake. I really felt devalued. I go to Publix because of the customer service. It saddens me that I can no longer receive the great customer service in my neighborhood Publix.

  Love the lighting & how clean it is. The staff is wonderful. The deli is fantastic. Display of food second to none. Just beware they are expensive compared to other Super Markets. Some of the BOGO's are good bargains though...

  Called up there to ask a simple question which was what time did they shut down their western union. I was told that they can not disclose that information and that the store close at 10. Why couldn't they just give me a simple answer to a simple question.
