  I think this restaurant needs to train their employees on how to handle a simple basic common mistakes in the restaurant business. I ordered the JD burger, easy order, right? I ordered well done with no onions and no pickles, 15 mins later I get a burger with
  Cooked medium with pickles on it. No big deal...so I grabbed the fork to the pickles out, guess what? Fork was dirty, not water spots...dirty.
  Call the waitress, told her about the pickles, burger being under cooked and the dirty fork....she says: but I putted in no pickles...."wrong" you should've said "sir I am sorry, may I get another one?" Cooked how you wanted and I will also get you a clean fork" no she simply walked out.
  I guess this is the reason why TGIF moved to the frozen food.....they can't customers ordering food from a la carte

  It was my first time eating here and they truly surprised me with their great food and service. The hostess was really fun to talk to, they make comfortable. My order (Jack Daniel's Burger) was overall excellent, the waiter attended me really well and always check on me. Would recommend it to a friend making a connecting flight at ATL
